Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Strategy and Execution Focused on Growth
• Collaborate with the Founder to set long-term goals, develop plans to achieve them and track
performance against the plan.
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions to ensure alignment with strategic
goals.
• Use data-driven insights to assess progress, drive operational improvements, and inform decision-
making.
2. Driving Company Culture and Vision
• Lead by example, promoting the company’s values and mission across the organization.
• Develop and sustain a culture of trust, accountability, and teamwork that supports company
objectives.
3. Overseeing Day-to-Day Operations
• Ensure efficiency and productivity across functions such as production, sales, marketing, finance, and
HR.
• Monitor the overall operational performance, set benchmarks, and identify areas for improvement.
4. Team Leadership and Development
• Build and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance.
5. Financial Management and Budgeting
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis to support sustainable growth.
• Track and manage expenses, working with finance teams to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.
6. Stakeholder and Partner Relations
• Manage relationships with investors by assisting in preparing pitch decks, conducting investor
outreach, and managing communications with potential and current investors.
• Generate leads for new investment opportunities and maintain ongoing relationships with the investor
base
• Manage relationships with other key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and regulatory
agencies, as needed.
• Represent the company in industry events and networking opportunities.
• Foster strategic partnerships that align with the company's mission and can help drive growth.
7. Customer Attraction & Success
• Ensure a strong focus on customer growth and satisfaction by monitoring sales, marketing and
customer service performance and implementing improvements.
8. Sustainability Initiatives:
• Enhance the company’s position on sustainability by implementing improved data tracking,
communication practices, and voluntary carbon credits as additional revenue streams.
9. Risk Management and Compliance
• Identify and assess risks that could impact the business, including financial, operational, and legal
risks.
• Oversee compliance with tax, regulatory and legal requirements, working closely with the tax and
legal teams.
Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in finance, or business administration. MBA is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams and project management
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering growth in a startup or corporate environment
• Ability to pivot quickly, adapt to new challenges, and find creative solutions in a resource-constrained
environment
• Comfortable stepping into different roles as needed, from strategic planning to hands-on operational
tasks.
• Comfortable working with data to make informed decisions, track KPIs, and assess performance.
• Ability to set long-term goals while remaining grounded in short-term execution priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a supportive leadership style that fosters a positive and inclusive work
environment.
• Able to develop junior team members, especially important in a startup with limited management
layers.
• Proven ability to hire, onboard, and retain talent
• Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cash flow in an early-stage startup.

dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to help us build and manage strong relationships with
our key accounts and drive our business forward.
Job Summary
This role is a blend of sales and marketing, with a strong focus on building meaningful relationships—an
essential part of the key accounts position at a startup. The specialist in this role will play an active part in
driving revenue, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the growth and mission of the company. We’re

Responsibilities
1. Account Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, providing proactive support
and solutions.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business and industry trends to better meet their
needs.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within key accounts.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell relevant products and
services.
Conduct regular business reviews with key clients, presenting performance insights, trends, and
recommendations for value-added opportunities.
3. Marketing Support and Campaigns:
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns tailored to key accounts.
• Create customized presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals aligned with client needs.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives within key accounts, providing feedback for
improvement.
4. Customer Satisfaction and Retention:
• Proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor customer feedback, loyalty, and retention metrics, implementing strategies to improve the customer
experience.
Serve as an advocate for key accounts within the company, collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients’
needs are met.
5. Reporting and Insights:
• Prepare regular reports on key account performance, including revenue, pipeline development, and
customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide insights into client and market trends, offering recommendations for product or service
enhancements.
• Track and analyze competitor activity within key accounts, sharing insights with the broader team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or account management within a B2B company.
• Experience in at least two of the following markets: the UK, Europe, US, and GCC.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

management.
Job Summary
Technical Director will play a critical role in developing and customizing products, optimizing production
processes, and ensuring quality standards are met. This position requires a proactive engineer who is
comfortable using laboratory equipment, understands quality control processes, and can adapt to the dynamic
needs of a startup environment.
Responsibilities
1. Product Development and Customization:
• Drive the development of new products from concept to production, ensuring they meet performance and
safety standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Production) to customize products
according to specific client needs and market requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to refine product designs and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source raw materials and components as needed for product customization.
Production Process Optimization:
• Develop and document production processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
• Conduct trials and make adjustments to production processes to improve output quality and reduce costs.
• Monitor production runs, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize waste
and downtime.
• Work with production teams to provide training and technical guidance on new products or processes.
Quality Management and Compliance:
• Establish and maintain quality control protocols, ensuring that products meet required specifications and
quality standards.
• Perform laboratory testing and analysis, using lab equipment to measure product performance and ensure
compliance with industry standards.
• Lead efforts in quality assurance, analyzing test results and identifying root causes of quality issues.
• Ensure products are compliant with applicable regulatory standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, CE, etc.),
preparing and maintaining documentation as required.
Testing and Data Analysis:
• Use laboratory equipment to conduct material and product testing, including physical, chemical, and
environmental tests.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze data from tests to support product development and quality assurance.
• Document findings, compile reports, and communicate insights to support decision-making and continuous
improvement.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
• Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and technological advancements that can be applied
to product development and process improvement.
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements in product designs, materials, and processes to
enhance product performance and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team on projects related to sustainability, efficiency, and quality enhancement.
Reporting and Insights:
• Prepare regular reports to the founder about the progress of innovation, quality of the production and the
insights about the analysis of data
• Prepare technical documents and reports for the investment committees and the board
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in R&D, product development, or process engineering within a manufacturing
environment and ideally a startup.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO) and experience with compliance and certification
processes.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and testing methods, with an understanding of standard testing and
quality protocols.
• Innovative mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement and an eye for detail.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
